West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will move across the
waters today, and then stall and weaken across the central
portions tonight into Tue. The front will dissipate Tue night
into Wed. The next cold front will approach the coast Wed into
Wed night. The front will move SE over the N waters Thu, and the
central waters Thu night. The front will stall E of Hatteras Fri,
while high pressure builds N of the front Fri into Fri night.
