Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. It will persist across the central and a portion of the S waters Thu night through Sat night while slowly weakening. A weak tropical wave or low pressure trough will move W and pass near or just S of the far S waters later Thu into Thu night, and then move onshore over the SE states Fri. A cold front will approach the N waters on Fri, then stall near 40N Fri night and Sat before lifting slowly N away from the area as a warm front Sat night. Another cold front will approach the N waters from the NW Sun night into Mon, and then gradually move E and SE over the N waters, and further S drift just off the SE coast Mon night.
