.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will slowly weaken over the waters today. A weak cold front
will pass across the waters tonight through Wed night. A strong
low pressure system will pass to the N of the waters Thu and Thu
night with significant swells entering the waters from late Thu
into Fri night. Conditions then improve by early Sat as high
pressure begins to build over the waters and persist through Sat
night.
