.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak low pressure
and cold front will drift across the waters this evening, and
then dissipate later tonight. High pressure will build E into the
area behind the front later tonight through Thu night, then shift
more NW Fri and Fri night. A low pressure trough will develop
along the S Oregon coast late tonight into Mon, then persist Mon
night through Fri night.
