.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will
weaken as it passes N of the waters this morning. High pressure
will build E across the area today into Tue, then dissipate Tue
night. A weak low pressure and cold front will move across the
waters Tue night into Wed. High pressure will rebuild into the
area later Wed through Thu night.
