.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the waters through Mon before shifting W and weakening
between Mon night and Wed night. Additionally a low pressure
trough will persist along the California coast through tonight
before weakening Mon through Tue and dissipating Tue night. A
weak cold front will move across the N waters Wed and Wed night.
Another cold front will pass over the northern waters Thu and Thu
night. A coastal trough will redevelop along the California coast
Fri and strengthen Fri night.
