.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the waters through Mon before shifting W and weakening
between Mon night and Wed night. Additionally a trough will
persist along the CA coast through tonight before weakening
through Tue and dissipating Tue night. A weak cold front will
move across the N waters Wed and Wed night. Then another front
will pass over the waters Thu and Thu night. Then a coastal
trough will rebuild along the CA coast Fri and strengthen Fri
night.
