.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast tonight through Thu night. A
cold front will move S into the NW waters this evening, pass into
the central waters tonight, and then dissipate Sun. High pressure
will build over the N and central waters later tonight, persist
Sun through Mon, then weaken Mon night into Tue as a another cold
front approaches the N waters. The weakening front will move into
the N portions Tue night, then dissipate over the central areas
Wed. High pressure will rebuild E toward the waters later Wed
through Thu night.
