.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front over the N waters
will continue moving S today and tonight before dissipating over
the southern waters Fri morning. High pressure will build E
toward the waters behind the front through Sat. Sat night a cold
front will move S across the northern waters, then dissipate over
the central waters Sun night. A weak trough will form just inland
from the coast later Fri, then move towards the coast Sat night
through Mon night.
