.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue to
build NW of the waters today, persist tonight through Thu, then
slowly shift more NW of the area Thu night through Sat night. A
weak area of low pressure will form just W of the southern waters
Wed night, then drift well W of the area through Sat. Another
area of high pressure will develop W of the central waters late
Thu and continue through Sat night while slowly drifting
westward. A low pressure trough will persist along the California
coast today through Sat night.
