Offshore Waters Forecast for Caribbean Sea, and the Tropical N
Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging prevails across the Atlantic basin.
This is causing moderate to fresh winds to persist across the
eastern and central Caribbean through tonight. Winds are expected
to pulse to strong speeds tonight near the coast over the south-
central basin. Moderate trade winds and moderate seas will persist
across the western basin through the week, except for winds
pulsing to strong speeds in the Gulf of Honduras later this
afternoon. Fresh to strong trades will accompany a tropical wave
moving across the eastern basin Tue through early Wed and across
the central basin Wed through Thu.
