...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY...

At 727 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 3 miles northeast of
Minden, or 13 miles southwest of Harlan, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 726 PM 2 inch diameter hail
         was reported near Neola.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Underwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
