EASTERN PUTNAM COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 556 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lake Carmel, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Danbury, Lake Carmel, Sherman, Brewster, Newtown, Bethel, Brookfield,
New Fairfield, Carmel, Fahnestock State Park, Patterson, Putnam Lake,
and Brewster Hill.
