...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of western Kay,
southeastern Woods, northwestern Noble, Alfalfa, Grant, northern
Garfield and northeastern Major Counties through 230 AM CDT...

At 144 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking the leading edge of winds
along a line extending from 7 miles west of Manchester to near Cleo
Springs. Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Enid, Blackwell, Cherokee, Medford, Helena, Pond Creek, Garber,
Lahoma, Billings, Lamont, Carmen, Wakita, Cleo Springs, Kremlin,
Goltry, Breckenridge, Meno, Braman, Jet, and Aline.
