* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Kay County in northern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Noble County in northern Oklahoma...
  Southeastern Grant County in northern Oklahoma...
  Northeastern Garfield County in northern Oklahoma...

* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 626 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles north of
  Billings, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...60 to 70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tonkawa and Billings.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
