...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN BOLLINGER...NORTHERN
CARTER...WAYNE...NORTHWESTERN BUTLER AND WEST CENTRAL CAPE GIRARDEAU
COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM CDT...

At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Cascade to near Greenville to near Hunter.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Marble Hill, Greenville, Lake Wappapello State Park, Ellsinore,
Williamsville, Hendrickson, Brush Arbor, Lodi, Leopold, Shook,
Cascade, Grassy, Mill Spring, Zalma, and Glenallen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
