Scattered showers and thunderstorms, with highest chances across
western PA/northern WV, are expected today. Rainfall will be
localized and have little effect on the ongoing drought. Outside
of precipitation, minRH values are forecast to drop to the 30s
this afternoon and Sunday afternoon in eastern Ohio. Wind is not
expected to be strong, only up to near 10 mph. More widespread
wetting rain is higher probability starting on Monday.
