Conditions were dry over Eastern Ohio with some areas of spotty
showers (<0.05 inches) in Western Pennslyvania mainly NE of
Pittsburgh. Areas of Northeastern West Virginia observed rain
between 0.25-0.50 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.01 to 1.0
inches. Higher accumulation amounts are expected along the
Appalachian Mountains in Western Pennslyvania and lighter
amounts in Eastern Ohio and parts of Northern West Virginia.

Rivers are expected to remain low with low flow.
