Past 24 hour precipitation...
Localized thunderstorm activity produced a tenth to up to 1 inch
of rainfall for portions of eastern Ohio, far western Pennsylvania,
and far northwestern Pennsylvania.  Most other locations remained
dry.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.25 to 1 inch,
though locally higher and lower amounts are likely given the
isolated nature of thunderstorms.

River trends...
Area rivers and streams will reamin steady over the next 48 hours.
Note that heavy rainfall due to thunderstorms could cause a sudden
rise and subsequent fall in river heights.
