FOR NORTHEASTERN CARROLL AND SOUTHWESTERN COLUMBIANA COUNTIES...
At 617 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest
of Lisbon, or 13 miles northwest of Wellsville, moving east at 40
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Lisbon, Salineville, Hanoverton and Summitville.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.
