through Thursday. This will result in very low RHs in the
afternoons, with the potential for RHs to dip into the upper
single digits Thursday. Overnight recovery will be poor to
moderate. Winds will be less than 10 mph both afternoons with
direction diurnally driven. Afternoon temperatures will be
in the mid to upper 80s.
