.DISCUSSION...The upper level ridge will continue to bring very dry
air along with it. The dry air will lead to moderate daytime RH
values falling near 45% today and dropping to near 30% tomorrow.
Overnight recoveries will be in the good range cresting 70%. Winds
will be mostly from the north and northwest with sustained winds
between 10 to 14 mph decreasing slightly to 5 to 8 mph this evening
near 7PM and overnight before increasing back to and shifting more
west at 5 to 7 mph around 8 AM. Winds will be slightly higher along
the ridgelines.
