.DISCUSSION...An upper level trough will move over the region and bring
rain chances through Monday.  The best chances of precipitation are Sunday
into Sunday night with decreasing chances on Monday. Early Sunday night will
see the best chances of wetting rain.   Winds will shift during the late
afternoon Sunday further increase Monday and become gusty in the 20
to 25 mph range.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Chance of rain showers
                    in the morning, then rain showers likely late
                    in the morning. Slight chance of thunderstorms
                    late in the afternoon.
CWR.................29 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1700, then 2.
Max temperature.....60-63.
Min humidity........51-56 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph shifting to the
                    southeast 5 to 10 mph early in the morning, then
                    shifting to the north late in the afternoon.  Gusts
                    to 15 mph in the afternoon.
                    Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
