* At 1151 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Bethany
  Beach, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Overfalls Shoal, Five Fathoms Buoy, Fenwick Island, Buoy 4fb, Cape
  Henlopen, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Delaware Lightship Buoy
