The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for
northern and northwestern New Jersey.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM EDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL HUNTERDON...SOUTH CENTRAL MORRIS...SOMERSET AND
NORTH CENTRAL MIDDLESEX COUNTIES...

At 750 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Flemington, or
10 miles west of Somerville, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable
         tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
         roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Somerville, Somerset, Bridgewater, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville,
Flemington, Peapack And Gladstone, Far Hills, Millstone, Flagtown,
Martinsville, Millington, Cloverhill, White House Station, Society
Hill, Basking Ridge, South Plainfield, North Plainfield, and
Metuchen.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 26 and 42.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 3 and 34.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION. This storm is producing
widespread wind damage across western New Jersey. SEEK SHELTER NOW
inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows.
