.DISCUSSION...Upper level high pressure will maintain dry weather
today with relative humidities expected to remain above critical
thresholds. A weak thermal trough will support light offshore
flow this morning. Onshore flow will return this afternoon as an
upper level trough over the NE Pacific approaches the Pacific
Northwest. Tonight into Wednesday, a surface front associated with
the upper trough will bring rain chances after 0500. Expect high
overnight relative humidity recoveries. Will see moister conditions
and breezier winds with this system on Wednesday.
