...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. 7 ft subsiding to 5 to 6
  ft Monday evening. Ebb current of 3.04 kt at 648 PM Sunday. Seas
  7 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.36 kt at 647 AM Monday. Seas
  10 ft.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Monday to midnight PDT Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
