* Expect northerly winds with gusts to 20 mph this afternoon.

* A stray shower may develop this afternoon out of the cumulus
  buildups off the high Sierra, but otherwise conditions remain
  dry today. Similar conditions are expected Thursday.

* Overnight RH recoveries remain poor through the week.
