Virginia, and portions of central, northeast, southeast and
southern West Virginia.

The area is under a marginal risk for excessive rainfall which.
Heavy downpours are possible which may cause isolated water issues
this afternoon and evening, especially to low lying and prone flood
or poor drainage areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Ohio, portions of southwest Virginia, and portions of central,
northeast, northern, southern and western West Virginia.
