...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MEIGS...NORTH
CENTRAL MASON AND NORTHERN JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM EDT...

At 612 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Racine, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ripley, Racine, Ravenswood, New Haven, Sandyville, Syracuse,
Cottageville, and Portland.

This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 139
and 156.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
