  Southern Roane County in central West Virginia...
  West central Clay County in north central West Virginia...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 427 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sissonville,
  or 10 miles north of Charleston, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sissonville, Clendenin, Elkview, Amma, Pinch, Left Hand,
  Looneyville, Procious, Walton, and Tariff.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 79 between mile markers 2 and 33.
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 111 and 115.
