Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 941 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain which prompted the advisory has ended. However, runoff from these earlier rains still may gather in low lying areas and prompt flooding. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Big Otter River, Bunker Hill Creek, Goose Creek, Bore Auger Creek, Day Creek, Little Otter River, Fiddler Creek and Enochs Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bedford...
