Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure around 30.10 inches will build eastward
across the region today and will persist into Friday. Meanwhile a
low pressure system around 29.10 inches will lift north toward
the Ohio Valley Friday before stalling and weakening through
Saturday. This will lead to increased easterly flow and Small
Craft Advisories for Lake Erie and Lake St Clair.

.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25 knots.
Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Cloudy with a chance
of showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.SATURDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots becoming northeast 10 to 15
knots. Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late morning and afternoon.
