.DISCUSSION...Cooler and damp conditions will continue today as a
front moves southward across the region. Cloudy skies will persist
with light shower and virga activity throughout the day, tapering off
this evening over higher terrain. A warming and drying trend will
continue towards the end of the week as high pressure builds aloft,
with temperatures peaking well above normal by Friday. A pattern
change is on track for the weekend with cooler and wet conditions
returning.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
