SOUTHWESTERN ST. CLAIR AND NORTHEASTERN VERNON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM CDT... At 540 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Schell City, or 10 miles northwest of El Dorado Springs, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
