...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Wood, Upshur, Smith and
  Gregg Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue to slowly
  decrease over the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 33.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Sunday was 34.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 28.3 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    33.1 feet on 03/03/1994.
