...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...
Louisiana...

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Smith, Gregg, Wood and
  Upshur Counties.

  Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Smith, Upshur and Wood
  Counties.

  Sabine River At Logansport affecting De Soto, Panola and Shelby
  Counties.

  Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Harrison, Rusk, Gregg and
  Panola Counties.

  Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Smith and Wood Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Beckville, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue to slowly
  decrease over the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 32.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Monday was 33.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Friday evening and continue falling to 25.2 feet Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    32.0 feet on 05/25/1965.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Hawkins.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of pastures and
  boatramps.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 24.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Monday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 19.4 feet
    Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.4 feet on 03/15/2015.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 AM CDT Monday was 29.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.2
    feet early Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Expect flooding of low river bottoms with
  secondary roadways along with picnic and recreational areas
  becoming inundated as well. Ranchers should move cattle and
  equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Monday was 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.6 feet
    Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.9 feet on 04/15/2017.
