.DISCUSSION...
Conditions will remain wet for Four State fire districts today
before frontal boundaries arrive by tomorrow and Friday. Minimum
RH values will remain mostly above 50 percent today, and fall into
the 40 to 50 percent range tomorrow through Sunday as a result.
Antecedent soil moisture will remain elevated after multiple days
of rain with light northerly winds lingering through the weekend.
