...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN GRANT AND LA SALLE
PARISHES THROUGH 600 PM CDT...

At 522 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Manifest to 6 miles northeast of Ball. Movement
was west at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ball, Jena, Midway, Pollock, Dry Prong, Nebo, Zenoria, Rogers,
Catahoula Lake, Fishville, and Bentley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
