.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high pressure over the central Atlantic will promote light
to moderate east-southeasterly winds. Trade wind showers will move
across the regional waters from time to time due to a tropical wave
moving south over the Caribbean Waters. Hazy skies are expected
through early Thursday due to Saharan dust. A tropical wave, monitored
by the National Hurricane Center, will move into the Caribbean Sea
around Monday, please actively monitor the weather conditions during
the weekend.
