.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Surface high pressure over the Atlantic will promote moderate to
locally fresh easterly winds. Frontal remnants from the northeast and
an upper level trough are expected to increase the potential for
showers and isolated thunderstorms tonight through Friday. Moderate
winds will back and become east northeast tonight into early
Thursday, veering to become east for the rest of Thursday. Winds will
then continue to diminish and veer, becoming east-southeast to
southeast throughout the weekend.
