.DISCUSSION...
The RH values across the southern, southwestern and parts of the
north coast of Puerto Rico will drop to as low as the mid 50s, but
KBDI values will remain much below critical thresholds, except for
Guanica which is approaching 550 due to persistent sunny skies and
high temperatures. Also, the winds will be well below 15 mph
(very weak winds). As a result, the risk of dangerous fire
behavior will remain low throughout at least until next week.
