Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects anyone without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Impacts likely in some health systems, heat-sensitive industries and infrastructure. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Excessive heat will continue each day in the lower elevations of Puerto Rico. The risk of rip currents will return late Tuesday into Wednesday; first to the northern and eastern coast of PR and then spread around the islands Wednesday through Friday. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will appear each afternoon mainly in western and interior locations. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
