* WHERE...In Puerto Rico, Mayaguez and Vicinity, North Central,
  Northwest, Ponce and Vicinity, San Juan and Vicinity, Southeast,
  and Southwest Counties. In Virgin Islands, St Croix County.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM AST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.
