.DISCUSSION...A cooler, drier, and more stable airmass will be in place
over the fire area tomorrow. Winds are expected to light and
terrain driven under mostly clear skies, with high temperatures
only reaching into the mid- to upper-60s for the lower elevations
of the fire area, and around 60 for the upper elevations. Though
the day will be starting with higher relative humidity, afternoon
minimum humidity values are expected to be 5 to 7 percent lower
than the previous day. Heading through the overnight hours, winds
will continue light diurnal trends, however, humidity recoveries
will be on the downward trend. Within the thermal belt (top of the
layer up to ~6900ft elevation) humidity may only max out between
15-20 percent.
