.DISCUSSION...A disturbance passing through Idaho combined with a touch
of moisture will once again promote terrain-based cumulus development
during the afternoon, with just about a 15 percent chance of an isolated
shower or thunderstorm. We don`t expect the coverage to be as high as it
has been over the past couple of days, but rather very spotty. A few
cumulus will develop again Tuesday, but no shower or thunderstorm
activity is expected by then.
