.DISCUSSION...Temperatures will return to normal today behind Monday`s
strong cold front. Temperatures will then push above normal for Thursday.
Moisture will be on the initial increase for Thursday, with humidity
creeping just up above 15 percent. Humidity will increase significantly
on Friday, when daily min RH reaches close to 40 percent. Additionally,
scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop over the area, with
CWR increasing to over 50 percent Friday afternoon and evening.
In addition to locally heavy rainfall, thunderstorms will be capable
of strong, erratic outflow winds, especially late Thursday evening
