Strong easterly breezes will continue through Thursday due to interaction between a strong high pressure center off the Northeast U.S. coast and a formative tropical cyclone in the southwest Gulf. Look for winds to decrease over the course of Friday and Saturday, as an east-west ridge axis settles southward through the Southeast States.
