* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following
  county, Bay.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1145 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Hiland Park,
    Tyndall Air Force Base, Magnolia Beach, Gulf Lagoon Beach,
    Biltmore Beach, Dirego Park, West Panama City, St Andrews
    State Park, Edgewater Gulf Beach, Vicksburg, Cedar Grove,
    Bahama Beach, Bid-a-Wee and Beacon Beach.
