At 907 AM CDT, the public reported a shower, producing water spouts.
This shower was located 10 nm southwest of Panama City Beach, moving
east at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds in the vicinity of the water spouts,
with locally higher waves. Boaters should avoid water spouts as
small craft can become capsized from them.
